Role description:

These are full-time and office-based roles for Technical Support Representatives located in Cork. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support to our clients, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving customer queries. The successful candidate will be providing support for our range of heating controls and supporting our App – EMBER

 

Required skills:

ICT knowledge is a big advantage

Excellent customer support and communications skills

Troubleshooting and analytical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Willingness to learn

Professional manner via telephone and email

Organisational and time-management skills

Experience in heating, plumbing, controls industry, or electrical background is an advantage

Qualifications in relevant fields is a bonus (e.g. Engineering, Computer Science, etc)

Full training will be provided to the successful candidate
